This package contains the operating system engine and the basic software components for NVIDIA GPUs. The Software Licensing Agreement in Chapter 1 and the Chapter 2 supplement contain licensing conditions governing the use of NVIDIA software. By agreeing to this agreement, you agree to comply with all the conditions applicable to the products it contains. NVIDIA products are sold in accordance with the standard NVIDIA terms delivered at the time of confirmation of the order, unless a single sales contract signed by authorized NVIDIA representatives and submitted to the customer has otherwise agreed („Terms of Sale“). NVIDIA expressly opposes the application of the customer`s terms and conditions of sale with respect to the purchase of the NVIDIA product referred to in this document. This document does not create direct or indirect contractual obligations. The CUDA Toolkit end-user license agreement applies to the NVIDIA CUDA toolkit, NVIDIA CUDA samples, NVIDIA Display Driver, nvidia Nsight Tools (Visual Studio Edition) and related documentation on CUDA APIs, programming models and development tools. The SDK was developed exclusively for private costs and is a „commercial object“ consisting of „commercial software“ and „commercial computer software documentation“ delivered with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The use, reproduction or disclosure by the U.S.

government or a U.S. government subcontractor is subject to the restrictions in this agreement pursuant to DFARS 227.7202-3 (a) or paragraphs c) (1) and (2) the Commercial Software Rights Clause – restricted Rights clause under FAR 52.227-19. In addition to the rights above, for parties that develop software exclusively for use on jetson development kits or Jetson modules and which runs Linux for Tegra software, the SDK can be distributed to you and/or your licensees in its entirety, as provided by NVIDIA and without separating its components, in order to create software development kits for use only on the Jetson platform and run Linux for the Jetson platform.
